Storytelling with Figures of Speech

This is an ongoing personal project I have been working on for a while now. The goal of each entry in this series is to create a looping video with a consistent art style based on figures of speech examples
Alliteration: She Sells Sea Shells By The Seashore
An alliteration is the occurrence of the same letter or sound at the beginning or closely adjacent connected words. "She sells sea shells by the sea shore" is one the most common examples and the first that came to mind when I was gathering ideas
Irony: Waiting Until Retirement To go on Vacation
This was based on a viral photo I came across one day on the internet! It was an old couple sleeping on a boat tour in what looked like Venice. I don't know their story and if they actually waited till retirement till they started taking vacations but nowadays people are forgetting to live at the expense of their youth
Metaphor: To the Moon!
I made this one summer 2021 when everyone seemed like a crypto/ stocks/ NFT expert. Here going to the moon is symbolic of an asset's price going up. The character's chin strap beard and HODL hat are my favorite parts
Paradox: Birth is a Death Sentence
If you are born, you are going to die for sure!
I tried to use moody lighting to focus on the judge handing the baby's sentence, but if you look to the rightmost part of the picture there are balloons which are used for celebrating good things that happen
Euphemism: WAP
WAP is technically an acronym for Wet A** P***y and not a euphemism. But there are so many euphemisms in the lyrics of the song so I think this counts. I added the Ben Shapiro meme version of the song just because I think it is funny
